Nanjing Automobile Import & Export Co., Ltd., incorporated in 1985, is an international trading company specializing in automobiles, auto parts, and related products. In January of 1985, Nanjing Automobile (Group) Company (hereinafter referred to as NAC) , as one of the important enterprises with authorization to deal in foreign trade, established China National Automotive Industry Nanjing Import and Export Company upon approval of Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation. In 1999, the company was restructured into Yuejin Motor Group Import & Export Co., Ltd. In May of 2007, in line with NAC's overall planning, the company was renamed as Nanjing Automobile Import & Export Co., Ltd. (NAIEC). NAIEC deals with and serves as an agent for import and export business of various commodities and technologies (except those restricted or prohibited by the Government).
